Scope (MVP): This policy applies to the Assistio MVP website and our template-based automation services (web chat, email, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).

What we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, company, message).
  • Service configuration data needed to set up your templates (business hours, FAQs, booking rules).
  • Conversation content if you connect channels to Assistio (messages you receive from your customers).
  • Basic technical data (IP, device/browser) for security and analytics.

How we use it

  • To respond to requests and provide onboarding/support.
  • To operate your automations and route conversations to your team.
  • To improve reliability and prevent abuse.

WhatsApp / Meta message fees

WhatsApp is included in eligible packages, but Meta may charge per-message fees. Those fees are billed separately based on usage.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the MVP service, resolve issues, and meet legal/accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to applicable law.
