Scope (MVP): Assistio provides template-based customer support & booking automation. The MVP does not include custom product development unless explicitly agreed in writing.

What you get (MVP)

  • Template-based setup for your selected package or standalone service.
  • Automation templates (Lead capture / FAQ / Booking) depending on your tier.
  • Handoff to humans via shared inbox, tags, and routing rules.

Fees

  • Subscription fees and setup fees are billed as agreed.
  • WhatsApp: Meta message fees are billed separately based on usage.

Service limitations

  • No guarantee of specific business outcomes (sales, leads, bookings).
  • Availability depends on third-party platforms (Meta, email providers, etc.).
  • You are responsible for the content and compliance of your messaging.

Support

Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis during the MVP phase. Priority support is available as an add-on where offered.

Termination

You may cancel according to the billing terms agreed at purchase. Any outstanding fees remain payable.
